Overview
Black Diamond is a collection of stunning chalets (Chalet Tango, Chalet Charlie, Chalet Ubud, Chalet Raven, Chalet Banksy Tribute, and Chalet Babylon) unlike any other property in the Alps. Designed by the four-time world free ski champion Guerlain Chicherit, this ambitious project sought to bring a new level of fun and imagination to what can be classed as a luxury ski chalet. Needless to say, the finished article is nothing short of spectacular! With design influences taken from exotic islands, to urban graffiti and even a military airplane there is something for everyone at Black Diamond. Children in particular are the focus of these properties with themed play rooms in Chalet Tango and Chalet Charlie a particular highlight.
Connected by a series of hallways that take you from the communal lounge with front desk and ski room, past the shared swimming pool and spa, to the entrance of your chalet that acts more as a portal than a front door. Each chalet hosts a range of private facilities on top of the shared spa giving you access to everything you could need after a hard days skiing. Of course no catered chalet is complete without a team of staff to look after you and Black Diamond is no different. Professional chefs work to create elegant dinning from a central kitchen leaving you to enjoy the privacy of your chalet and wait for your chalet staff to bring everything to you. There's even an outdoor terrace in the heart of the property, where you can bring the apres ski vibe and never miss the last lift home.
Taking the entire Black Diamond allows up to 62 adults and an additional 20 children to stay in your own private playground. Each chalet can be booked independently and Chalet Tango Charlie offers a duo chalet option for groups of up to 30.
