Favourite lunch and après: Zum Zee in Zermatt and La Folie Douce in Val d’Isère.
My tip: A guide is a great way to explore a new area as they will know the quietest slopes and the best restaurants. If you own ski boots, start ‘wearing them in’ a few days before you depart. The first day back will be so much easier!
